PRE-COURSE
Welcoming Christmas Aperitif served with marinated black and green olives and a basket of warm home baked bread
 
 
 
STARTERS
Cappelletti in brodo
Small tortelli filled with Parma ham and Parmesan cheese in a light chicken and herbs broth
Sinfonia di Mare
A symphony of great flavours from the sea: scallops, king prawns, chunks of salmon and smoked haddock sauteed in oil with herbsand finished with Dry Martini. All served in a scallop shell with garnish aromatic salad
Michelangelo Signature Antipasto
A bouquet of the finest Italian cured meat served with Italian pickles
Cuore di pera (V Vg)
Pear halves marinated in raspberry syrup, filled with mixed berries coulis and crushed nuts, served with lamb lettuce and Vegan or Pecorino cheese. A delicht for the palate!
 
 
 
MAIN COURSES
(all served with sautéed potatoes and vegetables)
Brasato di Maiale alle Cipolle
Braised loin of pork cooked in milk, onions and vinegar, served with baked figs filled with goat cheese and wrapped in Speck (smoked Ham). A festive dish that embraces the traditional seasonal tastes
Anatra al Mermaid Gin
Duck leg browned in olive and Mermaid Gin, served in our unforgettable sauce made of onions, orange and pineapple. Finished with orange slices and orange zest: a marriage made in heaven!
Salmone "Sole mio"
Fillet of Salmon Supreme sauteed in olive oil and white wine served with crab and lobster tortelli and tiget prawns in a creamy Saffron and peas sauce
Conchiglioni di Natale (V Vg)
Large shell pasta filled with onions, chick peas and aubergine, served in our traditional tomato sauce. Topped with shredded Pecorino cheese or Vegan cheese
 
 
 
DESSERTS
Panettoncino al Gianduia
A baby Panettone sponge coated with Frangelico Liqueur, filled with chocolate and Hazelnut cream. A real Christmas treat!
Panna Cotta di Natale
A delicate velvety vanilla scented cream topped with summer fruits marinated in Port wine with Christmas spices: a feast of tastes!
Baci Stella Cometa
Almond soft biscuits, soaked in cherry liqueur, stuffed with a "Cassata style" filling of Ricotta cheese cream with fruit glace and dark chocolate chips. A mouthwatering dessert!
Frutta cotta di Natale (Vegan delight)
Winter berries, apple, melon and grape cooked gently with Xmas spices and topped with Vegan granola
