Named after one of the greatest painters of the Italian Renaissance.
The restaurant is located at the west end of Ryde seafront, close to shops and amenities,
and within walking distance from the pier, ferry & hovercraft terminals, rail and bus station, taxi rank
and Ryde harbour.
Known as the 'gateway of the Island', Ryde is a delightful seaside resort on the northeast side of the
beautiful Isle of Wight, and is very accessible from the mainland.

Authentic Italian food as prepared by genuine Italian chefs can be enjoyed at
Michelangelo Northern Italian restaurant, with specialties such as pasta, veal,
chicken, fish, seafood, as well as vegetarian dishes and homemade desserts.
The restaurateurs come from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, well known for its culinary art.
The restaurant is favoured with glorious sea views over the Solent channel, has an attractive
rustic decor and is intimately candlelit at night, seating 40 people inside, with 12 extra seats outside
in the summer, ideal for eating al fresco.

A homely, relaxed, truly Italian atmosphere can be enjoyed at Michelangelo Restaurant
combined with an efficient and friendly service. As well as a mouth-watering menu, the restaurant has
an excellent wine list featuring a wide range of Italian wines. In addition, there is a special selection of
vintage Italian wines available for a celebration or that special occasion.
At lunchtime, 2 set menus are also available besides the normal A la Carte menu, which is changed at
regular intervals throughout the year. The restaurant also caters for parties and crews providing a choice
of different set menus.
